The AppData->Roaming folder does not show in MozyHome. All the proper checkboxes are checked in advanced settings, in fact all other hidden/system folders show just fine, including AppData->Local.

I only have W7 32bit to test on - but no problems:
I'm not sure if this setting will matter to your setup:

I see Local and LocalLow but not Roaming
I do have extra settings enabled and running it as an admin.

Maybe someone with W7 64bit can confirm.

I am running Win 7 Ent 64-bit on my laptop here in our office. I currently have the 220.127.116.11 version installed, and can see:
Roaming , LocalLow, and Local folders under the following directory:
Computer \ User \ AppData \
Make sure that you have the following option checked in your MozyHome Settings OPTIONS / ADVANCED tab:
"Allow backup and display of protected operating system files"
Let me know if that helps, If not, it is possible that that folder may have been on a greylist for a few of those previous versions.

Thanks for the prompt respond.
I see what you are saying but on my PC (Mozy Release 2.10.3) that option line is greyed out. The web site shows that this is the latest release available to the public.

Correct, but there is a beta version being tested - see this thread.
