seekinghelp - Your backup history shows that you are getting EncryptionError0. This means the encryption type on the data has changed. If you have not changed your Encryption, post back here and I will create a Support case to work with you closely and investigate the issue.

bryanaab - With nothing in the logs since 6/8 (the date for last successful backup), it seems as either Mozy Service is not running or Mozy Filter has been disabled. Have you installed any Anti Virus software lately?

Yes. Best Buy installed new anti virus. I'm online on the other computer. They've been trying to troubleshoot it. He wants to know if we have to remove the antivirus or do you have to generate a new encrytion key?
