Adding computer Accounterror5 code

I am unable to add a new computer.  I upgraded today and my plan states I have 2 computers.  I took suggestions to click the continue but did not work.  I have been doing this same step for 45 minutes to no avail.  Thank you for your help.

This has been resolved.  Waiting a couple of days cleared up the issue.

 

Note:  I have tried to send this reply several times and it does not seem to post...I'll try once again.
