Hi,
I'm new to Mozy and can't seem to find the answers to my questions anywhere.
So I started backing up about a week ago, and my computer was about 20% or so backed up. Today, it's at 2%, which doesn't make sense... I haven't added any new files to my computer. How does this make sense? What is happening? Do I have to do my initial backup all at once? Because I've been shutting off my computer occasionally during the back up so its not constantly running.... can I not do this? Do I have to do the back up all at once?
Also... how do I access my backed up files? I can't seem to figure out this for the life of me ![]()
Thanks

I want to end my account, and expect a full refund. This is the most horrible back up service in the world. My files are still not backed up after waiting for a month !!!! How do I end my account and recieve a full refund?? Also frustrating is the complete lack of any support. It is no wonder phone service is not available to mozy home users, Mozy would need thousands of tech support folks answering phones. I want my money back!! how do I end this nightmare????

Hi rubicondon53,
You are rihgt, phone support is not available to Home users. However, they can contact us through the suport portal, facebook, twitter, community and online chat. I've responded to your query in the other thread you opened, please let us know if you still need assitance.
I'd be able to open a case from this post if needed.
Thanks.
