If I cancel my Mozy account (due to my unfortunate inability to make it work for me when needed)...will my rate be prorated? It just auto-renewed for this year.

I'm working on getting an agent to help you with some of these unanswered questions. I think this might be a last option. Sounds like they will be able to get you up and running.

Hello - I did not get an answer to this question. I am working on sorting out my issues today. If I can make Mozy work for me, I will keep the account; however, I would like an answer to this question if I cannot.

Your backups are still unsuccessful due to the AccountError3 (over limit) error.
