Everytime I back up, there remains a growing number of Pending files, still within my storage limit.  Are the backed up files actually backing up?  I receive notifications indicating that my computer has NEVER backed up and I have been paying monthly for over a year and backing up regularly, with the pending files always pending.

I have similar issues... 

I also have been using this service for over two years and it never seems to work right. My computer constantly tells me that my backups are not occuring. Also, I have 32 GB of files that are still listed as "pending" because of these backups not occuring and it has been like this for at least a year. My internet connection is fine and I don't turn off my computer during when it is supposed to be backing up. I also try starting the backups manually, but it doesn't do anything.

I have the same problem.  On my MacBook I show the same number of pending files for several months now.  I click "Backup Now" and the screen tells me it is updating the software, then backing up - and nothing changes.

Actually, I just updated the Mozy software to ver. 2.6.2.520, and my backup is running smoothly...26 large files have been backed up; I'm just waiting on a single 2.4 GB video file, but the backup should finish correctly.
