No back up for 109 days

 Most has not backed up anything from 2017 from one computer. I says a successful backup, but when I check the folder, there is nothing from 2017.

Hello, I see that you have already opened a Mozy Support case for this issue. Can you collect and upload your Mozy logs to the case, by doing the following:


-Hold Option and click the Mozy backup software icon in the menu bar, then click Collect Log Files.
-In the Mozy Collector window that appears, click Collect Files
-A compressed file containing the collected files will be placed on your desktop.
-Log into the Mozy support page:
-In the My Support section, click My Cases
-Click case number 01628197
-Once the case loads, you will see the option to upload your log files

It looks like you have an open case with Allen and you were able to upload the logs.
