I've gotten emails from Mozy telling me that it's been over a month since my last backup. I get the same message when I log in. However, it looks to me as though my backups are happening daily as scheduled. What's going on?

I would recommend going to http://support.mozy.com and logging in. Once logged in click on live chat in the lower left and we can assist you with why this is occuring.
