Mozy dosn't work after reinstallation

I have reinstalled my mac and afterwards it is not possible for me to run Mozy backup as usual. Has anyone experience with similar problems and knows what to do to make Mozy run again?

How did you re-install? The whole OS from scratch, or a system backup that had Mozy installed when you created it?

 

If the latter of the two, you'll have to un-install it and re-install it. It doesn't do well when you go backwards.

 

If you did the whole OS, what's the issue with the backup?

Hi there. Thank you for your response. I got help from a mac shop in Copenhagen. I don't know what a OS is but it was a total reinstallation from scratch and I had to ad the Mozy program afterwards. Maybe I have done it wrong. Now I have the icon and it seems as if it will start the back-up but nothing happens. Hope you can make something out of this. best regards, Miahelene
