One you login to the support section you should have the live chat and cases options available to you, you can see them on the left side of the page. If you're not logged in you won't see them.
I see two accounts under your name. One was a MozyHome account that was never activated (though I've just send the confirmation email to you if you'd like to activate it). The other was deleted yesterday.
It looks like your backups were not successful because of a filter error, likely caused by an overzealous anti-virus program on your system. The anti-virus likely removed one of the files needed for Mozy's operation on your computer, which prevented it from backing up successfully.
I can't login! Live Chat told me to uninstall Mozy Home and redownload, but when I try, I get the error message that another user has my email address. What do I do now?
