I keep getting "Mozy Server 2".I tried rebooting, but still get the error. What should I do?

I have attached the most recent log associated the backup that failed

I looks like you are trying to backup the entire hard drive.

There are many lines in your log that specify internal OS files, swap files, temp files, internal OS log files,print spool files,  etc.

These types of files cannot be backed up.

 

The best thing to do here is start at the /Users/your_user_name  folder and select the folders/files you wish to backup from there.

 

It looks like you are also backing up a .MobileBackups  folder.  This is a local time machine backup of your hard drive and time machine would have ownership and access to this folder.  When you select the files/folders, be sure to exclude this folder.

 

Once you have only the needed files/folders selected, and not all the redundant and inaccessible data, your backup set should be a little smaller which should take less time to backup.
