How do I get mozy to recognize data already backedup so that it doesn't back up everything again?

Mozyhome stopped working on my Mac.  I uninstalled it, and then installed the newest version (as directed to do by the knowledge base).  Now mozy does not recognize the 100GB that has been backed up already and is trying to back up my entire hard drive again.

 

How do I get mozyhome to see what is already backed up so that it only does an incremental backup?

 

Also - when I try to pause the backup mozy won't respond to my "pause backup" command.  How do I pause?
