How do I discontinue the Mozy service?

I am unable find any documentation as to where I can cancel the Mozy service, please help.

Hi...  I just copied this from the Mozy Knowledgebase.  I found it by searching the word "cancel" in Knowledgebase...  Hope this helps..  If they can't fix this Mac backup problem soon I will be doing the same I fear...  




I want to cancel and recieve a refund for my MozyHome account.



Note: When you delete your account online, your backed up files will be deleted. If you change your mind later and if you want those files, you will not be able to get them.


To request a refund, contact support.


To cancel your MozyHome account: 

  1. Log in to your account at http://mozy.com/login.
  2. Click My Profile.
  3. Under Communications, deselect the Mozy Newsletter and Mozy email notifications.
  4. Next to Member since, click delete account.
  5. Answer the brief questionnaire, then click Submit.
