I bought a new computer. Moved all my files to the new Mac. Tried to back up with Mozy but it says that I need to purchase more space. Apparently it doesn't recognize that the old data and the new data are the same, so it can dump the old stuff. I somehow got through to phone support and the guy told me to delete files from Mozy but that at that moment the web interface was unavailable. (!) Finally got back to it four days later and can't figure out how to delete stuff from the Mozy file so I'll have room to back up NewMac. Can anyone help?

You actually don't need to manage your quota that resides on our servers, just the quota that you have selected on your computer. The only data that counts against your quota is what you currently have selected to back up.
