Exceeded Quota - Huh?

I am getting the "exceeded quota" message. I went into Mozy Preferences and deselected many, many files but Mozy still won't do a back up and continues to tell me I'm over quota. I read that I should right click on the Mozy icon and select settings - but there is no settings option. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Exceeded Quota - Huh?

Both your macs together are currently trying to backup over 70 GB's of data, and you only have a 50 GB limit. You may upgrade to a 125 gb plan.

Also, settings is for Windows. The mac equivalant is preferences.

Re: Exceeded Quota - Huh?

I don't want to buy  more GB's so I deselected all the files that I had added that caused the problem in the first place. So I don't understand why Mozy still won't do a backup. Your help is appreciated.

Re: Exceeded Quota - Huh?

When you're selecting files to backup, there will be a bar at the bottom of the file selection window that tells you how much you have selected. It should also tell you how much you have selected on the other computer, but if it doesn't just make sure both computers quota adds up to less than or equal to 70GB.
