I installed the 523 verion of the software.  When I try to set up mozy, I receive the following error:

HWBusGetMachinesEntry object creation failed

I started with the free version but upgraded to the 50 gig version just so I could enter a support ticket but the Case Management section still does not appear for me.  You cannot call them without a support ticket.

Very frustrated.  Any ideas?

You'll have to wait a little while to get into the support system after signing up.  You should see it within the next few hours if you don't already.

Well, it is the next day.  Still can't set up Mozy and still no ability to enter a case.  Will be searching how to get a refund.

Cancelled account.  Will go back to hard drive option.  What a dissapointment this experience has been.

P.S. Crying guy when you cancel your account is not really funny.
