Dual boot question and external backup

I moved from a windows laptop to a Dual boot Macbook (OSX/Windows 7) (using the mac side mostly now). I want to backup both sides, and since technically it is one computer, can I backup both with one account or will I need to buy another account. 

And on the MAC side can you backup to an external HD too? I cannot find the option. (using MozyHome 1.8). On the windows client I can find it just fine.

The Windows partition should be visible on your Mac while OSX is ran, and so Mozy should be able to pick it up for backup.

Currently, we don't have the local backup feature on the Mac (Not for the moment).
