For some reason, my MozyHome stopped working and I was unable to open up System Preferences for it, so I downloaded a fresh copy, installed it successfully.  Now, when I open up system preferences, and click on MozyHome, system preferences says, "Loading MozyHome..." but does nothing.  When I try DOUBLE-clicking on MozyHome icon in System Preferences, System Preferences crashes.  Help!

cbeards111 - I have created a Support case on your behalf in order to take look at the issue you have reported. We are unable to replicate the issue and would like to investigate. A tech will be in touch with you in order to work on the issue.

If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one around to hear it, does it make a noise?

I'm paying a Mozy subscription to keep old data on the server. This issue continues unresolved. Will cancel soon and find another provider.

"A tech will be in touch with you in order to work on the issue" is not a solution. There is no solution indicated in the thread.
