When i try activaing my account I get this error. Running on a cloud server with CentOs installed.
Failed to authenticate your account information.
(ERROR: MACHINE SERIAL NUMBER UNAVAILABLE)
Re-enter your information.
If the problem continues, contact Support.

MozyPro for Linux requires a server user. The current user on your account is a "desktop" user. Log back to your account and create another user and make sure the user type is "server". You should be able to activate MozyPro on your linux machine with a server user. Let's know if you've any questions.
Some additional information, if you need to reset the user password follow these steps:
I have two users on my account. One desktop and one server. From my linux server i try connectin using the server user.
Run the following command in Terminal:
sudo sed -i 's/;mozy.systemserialnumber=machinename-001/mozy.systemserialnumber=[MACHINE NAME]/' /etc/mozybackup.conf
***Replace place "[MACHINE NAME]" with your machine name.
Restart the Mozy service after.
