When i attempt to access multiple directories via the iphone/ipad app it fails with the follow error:

The server did not respond. Please try again.

i've seen another message pertaining to this but the issue appears server side.

has a fix been devised?

I am having the same issue - I have a personal account where there is not a problem.  The issue only comes up with our business account where we have  roughly 25 gb of documents/pdfs organized in multiple layers of folders and subfolders.  The issue only arises when using the Iphone to explore the backed-up folders/files.

i had & in my folder names... removing them fixed the problem for me.

We had the ampersand issue (fixed in 1.2) and also a server deployment issue (also fixed) around this. So hopefully this is no longer an issue.
