I checked in with our lead mobile developer, and I'd like to take a stab at something. If you're using the main landing page to access your files (the page with quick access to photos, videos, documents, etc.), then I'd like to see if your files show up through a different route. There's an All Files tab that allows you to browse directly to different files and folders. Check to see whether the files that are missing from the quick access tab are available through this All Files tab.
Thanks for the quick turnaround on checking the status. Unfortunately, what I thought might be causing the issue sounds like it's not. That means that I'll need to get one of my colleagues in Support to look into what's causing that to happen. Are you up for helping out with some troubleshooting so that we can get it fixed?
Could you let us know if these files show up when you search for recent files using "recent" from the home screen? Thanks!
I have the same problem with the identical pattern of files either being very slow to show up on the iPhone or never showing up. It certainly weakens confidence with the backup process. Has a solution been proposed?
No solutions proposed yet, but I understand the situation is being investigated. Darrell
