Hi All

"My Mozy Photos" on ipad 3 is only showing images that are on my documents, no photos. 

On PC, Backup sets & File System show correct files in correct place.

"All Files" in ipad show files in correct place.

Any ideas.

Sorry you are having problems with this.

1) What is the extension on the files? We search for all common image extensions but may be missing one.

2) Could you give us some idea what your photo folder heirarchy looks like? The photo quick access mode does some compression of the file heirarchy (to give a better experience with things like album art) and there may be an issue there.

Thanks for getting back to me.

The file ext. of my photos are jpg.  This is correct?

The file ext. of images in my Mozy photo section are varied, bmp. gif. & jpg. These files are coming from my documents. There are images such as logos on letterhead, scanned documents, album art etc. 

Hierarchy is:

c:\user\me\pictures\my pictures.

I am facing the same problem. Let me know what the solution is. Photo option keeps searching for photos for several minutes and then the app ends. I can see those photos if I go to them using All Files option. I have more than 200 folders under My Pictures.
