Using the history tab (MozyPro)

This tutorial will show you how to access the History Tab in the MozyHome client where you will be able to view details of all your backups and restores. If you are experiencing problems with your backups, you can use the History tab to help you get additional information about the problem.

 

 

STEPS:

 

  1. Right-click the Mozy icon in the system tray, then select Settings and then More Settings.
  2. The Mozy Client Setting window appears. Click the tab named History. The top pane displays all the backups that have occurred within the Mozy Client. When a back up is selected, the Bottom Tab displays the files that were backed up in that instance.
  3. In the event of a back up failure, the error is displayed in the top pane next to the unsuccessful backup. To learn more about the failure, click on the error, which is highlighted in blue. A solution for solving the error appears, via the Mozy website.
