Should you ever come across an issue with your backup, you may not know how to identify the source of the issue. In this month's webinar, Niall will demonstrate how to find the source of the problem using the options in the Mozy client as well as using the Log Analyzer on the Mozy website.

  1. Locating an error code in the History tab of the Mozy client
  2. Functionality of the History tab
  3. Restarting the Mozy service
  4. View Backed up Files window
  5. Editing existing Backup Sets
  6. Creating new Backup Sets

  9. Using the Log Analyzer and understanding the Log Report
