Click Search/List Users in the left hand menu, in the category of Users. A full list of users is displayed. This list can be filtered by choosing a filter in the Filter drop down menu.
Enter the user's email address in the search field and click Submit. (If you are unsure of the email address, you can enter part of the address, but the full address is ideal for narrowing the search.)
Details of the user are displayed, including Name, User Group, number of machines, storage details and when they last backed up.
Click on the user's email address to see additional detail, including license key, encryption method and the name of their machines.
