How to resend a user's license key

This tutorial outlines how to email a license key to a user on the MozyPro Admin Console.

 

 

 

STEPS:

 

  1. Log in to your account at https://mozy.com/login by filling your email address and password. Click Log In.
  2. Click Search/List Users in the left hand menu, in the category of Users.
  3. Enter the user's email address in the search field and click Submit
  4. Click on the user's email address. Here you can see details about the user, including a warning that the user has been sent a license key but they have not yet activated their account.
  5. Click on the link email this key to user@email again. The user receives the welcome email, including a download link and a license key.
