You will be able to access the community during the upgrade but you won’t be able to post until we’ve migrated every user to our new platform.

If a computer running MozyPro has run out of storage space no backup will occur. By using the Admin Console, an administrator can add storage space, also called quota, to a computer. This tutorial explains how.
Click Search/List Machines on the left side of the Admin Console.
A list of computers associated with that email address appears.
Next to the computer you want to add resources to, click Change under the section Space Used.
Enter the new total amount you want assigned to that computer.
