How to create new user groups on the Admin Console

This tutorial outlines the steps for adding user groups on the MozyPro Admin Console.

 

 

 

STEPS:

1. Log into your account at www.mozy.com

2.  Click Add New User Group in the side menu on the left side of the page

3.  Fill in the Name, Billing Code(if applicable), and the default storage amounts for Server and Desktop storage

4.  Press Save Changes. 

5. Click List User Groups

6. You should now see the new User Group
