How to change your admin password

This tutorial explains the steps for resetting your admin password on the MozyPro Admin Console.





  1. Go to Since you have forgotten your password or wish to change it, click Forgot Password.
  2. When prompted, enter your email address that is associated with the account.
  3. Click Continue
  4. An email will be sent to your email address that contains a link to reset the password. Click on the link found in the reset password email.
  5. When prompted, enter your new password twice. 
  6. Click Continue. Your password has been changed and you can log into the Admin console with your new password.

I've tried this and 3 times and no password ever comes.  Without a passowrd I can't get anywhere.



What I meant to say is that the email with the link to change the password never comes.

I had the same problem.... Called the support number, but they want your Mozy 9 digit support number, which I did not have.... I had to use an alternate account... You might try contacting sales to get to support..
