Click Assign Keys in the sidebar under the section Resources.
If there is any additional user groups in the account other than the default user group, select the User Group in the drop down menu. Then Click Submit.
A window opens, displaying how many Server and Desktop keys are available and how much Storage Quota is available for both. Enter the email address of the user in the field of an unassigned license key.
Enter the quota amount. The default amount is 1GB.
Check Send emails, so the user will receive an email with the license key and an link to download the client from Mozy Support
Click Assign. The user is now assigned a key.
