How do I troubleshoot my backups and restores (MozyHome)
This tutorial will show you how to access the History Tab in the MozyHome client where you will be able to view details of all your backups and restores. If you are experiencing problems with your backups you can use the History tab to help you get additional information about the problem.
1. Right click Mozy icon located in the task bar 2. Click Settings>More Settings 3. If prompted, enter your password then click Login 4. Click the History tab located at the top of the Window. 5. Click on any of the backups in the list 6. The Result section of this page will show successful or failed backups 7. If it is a failed backup it will display an error message here. You can click on the error message and in most cases you will be given instructions on resolving the issue.
