We are upgrading our Mozy Community!
The new community will have new features, a much improved user interface and will work on your mobile devices.
You will be able to access the community during the upgrade but you won’t be able to post until we’ve migrated every user to our new platform.

Accessing the support portal from the Mozy Dashboard.
Once you have logged into your account it is easy to access the support portal. An even easier way to access the portal is to click the Support tab from the Mozy home page, or go to support.mozy.com. To access the support portal from your dashboard just click the Help button located on the top right corner of the page. A new tab will be opened and directed to the support portal page. You will already be logged in so accessing My Support or the community will be very easy.
If you have an account in the community you will automatically be logged in. If you don't have an account you will be prompted to log in when you try to create a thread or reply to someone else's thread. The Mozy Knowledge Base does not require authentication so you can start your search right away.
The Documentation page provides release notes and documentation for the Mozy product and features.
Accessing the My Support tab will allow you access to creating tickets or talking with support via phone or chat, depending on your account type. To see what types of support are available to you please click here.
