Re: Synch on Android

@malonetony83

For files in the Sync folder from a desktop computer, yes.

The same files will be accessible in the mobile app on both platforms.

Please note however, that currently, the mobile app only supports uploading photos from the Android and Apple devices to the sync. Other documents you want to use, you'll need to ensure they are added to the Sync folder from a desktop (Windows or Mac) computer.

Re: Synch on Android

@malonetony83,

Yes for sure, and @PTNubs is correct when he brings up the Sync product. The apps on both iOS and Android will allow you to access your backed up files (those that were backed up from a computer) but not add to your backup, however with Sync you can not only access the synced files, but add to them directly from the phone.

So if you want to be able to use Mozy to share between the Android and iOS devices, you'll want to upload to your sync folder via the app on the first one, and then access from the sync folder on the second device. Super easy!

Please let me know if that clarifies it for you, or if there's anything further you'd like to know.
