Lost Mozy from laptop

I lost a file from a Mozy sync folder.   I don't know what I did.  How can I restore it?

To restore a file from your Sync account, please see the steps below:


  1. Log in to your account at
  2. MozyPro users will need to click sync from the list of machines, then click Restore Files in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on the Sync tab at the top of page.
  4. Navigate to the location of the file you want to restore.
