Have you tried pausing and resuming Sync? If you right click on the Sync icon you will see an option to pause, then right click again and choose resume. If this doesn't work then the easiest thing you can do is reinstall Sync and try again. If for any reason none of this works then we can create a case for you and get the Sync logs from you and go from there.
