Unable to access folders or documents via the iOS app because of the connection "Timing Out" and no mobile website as an alternative to access via iPad or iPhone.

Looks like the restore for your user is loading ok now. Maybe it was a temp issue. Are you still having an issue?
What version of iOS are you running? Which device is it running on? What are you using for your data connection?
Running iOS 7.1.2 on both an iPhone and iPad and I've tried both wi-fi and cellular LTE connection. The same issue persists; however, if I swipe down while the app is loading a folder it sometimes seems to refresh and will then load the next folder. It's still inconsistent on whether it works at all though.
Mozy is soon to release a new version of our mobile app which will improve on this and other pressing issues affecting iOS devices.
