I am trying to log into the android app I downloaded on my Samsung phone, but when I put in my email and password (which work fine for web login), it tells me I have to enter a valid email address. What's up with that?
As you are a MozyPro account, the Mozy Mobile app is requesting your user credentials, which may be different than your admin credentials used to sign into Mozy. Mozy Mobile is for user access, meaning to view and download files backed up. This is why it requires user credentials.
