I'm trying to install the app, but it doesn't appear in the Android market when I do a search.

I can see it on the market website from the phone, but the drop down box on the install dialog says that the app is "not compatible with the device"

Any ideas what might be the issue?

Hi there,

Looking at the specs for your phone it could be that you still have a version of the android OS older than 2.1. The phone comes with Android OS 1.76. The Mozy app requires 2.1 or higher.

That seems odd... what newer OS feature would the app need? I have literally never run into such an issue before; it's only a few months old phone.
