I have a Droid 2 using Mozy app version 1.3.1
I do not use the automatic feature. I manually try to upload photos. The Upload Status shows Files Pending, 12 Files 22.0 MB, Estimated Time to Complete. But they never upload. Tried rebooting the phone, but they never upload. It works rarely, and I cannot figure out any actions to make it work again once it fails.

For the time being, performance on the automatic upload may not opperate as expected, but feedback is still greatly appreciated. It does the same thing on mine, to the point where I just turned the whole feature off. Naturally if we're not satisfied as users internally we will focus on fixing it, so give us a little time and I'm confident you won't be disappointed ![]()

I think the auto upload of the pictures I take with my phone is a great extra feature for Mozy. The Stash is another great feature - I have multiple computers and it makes sharing files very convienient. Please keep working on the Android issues!
Thanks! ![]()

Killing the Mozy app (via settings->apps->mozy->force stop) and then re-starting should resume the upload. It gets stuck when the device connectivity state changes, because we get erroneous notifications from the system on some devices.

Would a "restart" to my phone or powering it down then back up do the same as force stopping the Mozy app then restarting it? Couldn't the app be fixed so nobody would have to consciously do this? The reason I ask is that I need to restart my phone every day or two because of sluggish operation - if I don't restart my phone every day or two it doesn't seem to feel very good. ![]()

Ideally, the uploader is supposed to just work. However, as part of Stash being a beta feature, we're still refining some of it's quirks. This will get better each time we release another version of the app. (Good news on that front...there's a release coming up this month.)
