I am testing home-user backup services to find one that I can recommend to my customers, many of whom are not computer savvy. I very much like a feature of one service to generate an email notice if an online backup hasn't occurred in 7 days. Being able to designate multiple email addresses for the notice would be a plus. Also, sending an email every 7 days until resolved would be another plus. I am going to keep recommending the other service until this is fixed because I can't take a chance on this.
