retrieving photos

I would like to retrieve photos/documents from my home pc that is no longer working.  The home pc is where I originally downloaded mozy home. help!

@loribarberi I am showing that back on 03/10 you were able to successfully restore a few picture files from the web.  We feel like this issue has been resolved. We are marking the solution for future reference. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
