Windows Users

I'm thinking of  subscribing to MozyHome.  My Win7 PC has several users on it .  Can I back up data for all the users at the same time and will Mozy backup all outlook data frorall users at the same time ?

Good question.  Mozy will backup all Windows user profiles if Mozy is installed using a Windows administrator user who has access to all data on the computer.

 

If you are logged in as a user without admin rights then you will only be able to backup the data of the user that is logged in.

 

If Mozy is installed on a Windows admin user account,  then yes Mozy can backup all PST files for all users on the Windows account.

If every user has admin rights, then you should be okay. If some users have standard accounts, then you might have problems.
