This is such an unfriendly website, with absolutely no clear contact info. My laptop is 8 years old, almost dead, rarely even used, so I wanted to cancel the membership. I tried sending e-mails advising Mozy of that - but the only response I got was when Mozy just auto renewed me for another year!! I am getting so frustrated!

Benjamin (also w/Mozy) sent me an e-mail, and offered to help me get it done - which I very gladly agreed to. The once-important files have long since been saved in hard copy, plus a digital, so if I get a work audit I'm good even if the laptop is dead by then. Thanks ... Tiina
