Cancel my newly purchased Mozy pro account

I purchased and downloaded the Mozy Pro 50GB plan on Saturday and upon installation discovered that it does not allow the backup to run on network locations.  Since all of our data is located on a network storage device this plan will not work for us. I have uninstalled the software and wish to receive a refund.  I have attempted to call the **Removed** phone number as instructed but am not able to speak with anyone.  I tried to submit a help ticket through the portal but do not know if that process was completed properly as it says waiting for customer reply as the status.  Please Help!

@cwso   In order to backup a network share device, you need to have Server Plan associated with your current plan.  If you go to your Mozy Admin console, click on Change Plan, you will see an "Add-ons  No (change) Server Plan".  Click change to add this to your existing plan as per http://support.mozy.com/articles/en_US/documentation/admin-mozy-t-change-bundle-plan-a    Then you will need to setup a user for Server type device as per http://support.mozy.com/articles/en_US/documentation/admin-mozy-t-user-adding-a  and Launch the Setup Wizard to reconfigure for the added features as per http://support.mozy.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/How-do-I-convert-a-Windows-computer-from-a-desktop-licens...  Then you can follow the steps in http://support.mozy.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Adding-a-network-share-or-NAS-device to add the Network share device to select for backup.

Called the phone number provided for Mozy support and cancelled service.  Refund should be issued shortly will let you know when I get the confirmation email.

I have marked this thread as solved since the solution is to enable server licensing on your Mozypro account to backup NAS drives or network shares was posted (before you cancelled your account).
