I purchased and downloaded the Mozy Pro 50GB plan on Saturday and upon installation discovered that it does not allow the backup to run on network locations. Since all of our data is located on a network storage device this plan will not work for us. I have uninstalled the software and wish to receive a refund. I have attempted to call the **Removed** phone number as instructed but am not able to speak with anyone. I tried to submit a help ticket through the portal but do not know if that process was completed properly as it says waiting for customer reply as the status. Please Help!
