not backing up

my mozy is not backing up.  It hasn't backed up in 24 days.  When I click on "backup now" nothing happens.  It also says "connecting to backup device . . . " but nothing is happening.

 

Can someone help here.

So I was posting on the other page but that was your idea. Support has reached out to you. Can you confirm if they helped or not?
