We are upgrading our Mozy Community!
The new community will have new features, a much improved user interface and will work on your mobile devices.
You will be able to access the community during the upgrade but you won’t be able to post until we’ve migrated every user to our new platform.

@Shane Yes, you can reset how the Mozy client is configured by launching the setup wizard. To do this, right mouse click on the Mozy icon in the system tray or hidden icons window. Then left click on Launch Setup Wizard from the list of menu options. You will be required to enter the email address and password to your Mozy account. After you have completed those screens, then you can open the Mozy settings to re-configure the backup sets.
Unfortunately we do not have an option to reset one backup set. The available option right now is to reset all by launching the setup wizard as explained by @AngelinaS. Thank you for using Mozy community. Merry Christmas!!
