Re: FTP server address

Well, you made it to the community to find help so I am assuming that you are wanting to use the Mozy service to backup your files.  We don't use a standard FTP connection as you might think in terms of opening a connection and pushing files that way to us.

To get started and to try a test account, go to http://mozy.com/product/mozy/personal#frame_Free?ref=6d8b8585&s_kwcid=TC|12983|mozy%20free||S|e|2690...    and sign up for a free account.  Once you download the client and select your files, you can back them up to us and try a few restores.

If you wish to back up more than 2 Gigabytes, you will need to sign up for a regular Mozy account.

Hope this helps,
