Adding a specific location to a backup set

How do I add c:/users/user/contacts (for my Windows Live Mail contacts) to my backup set when that choice is not available in the list of files to select from for a backup set?

That is a great question.  In this case, I think your best option would actually be to select your Windows Live Mail contacts and such through the filesystem Tab on the Mozy client.  Please see the following Knowledge Base Article for more details on exactly how to do this.  Let me know if that is helpful, or if you have any further questions, as we're more than happy to help.

You can also edit any of the Backup Sets to search specific locations for you.  This can be found in our Documentation:

Create and Edit Backup Sets on Windows


Backup Sets allow for a dynamic selection without the maintenance of specific files.  Hope this helps!
