You will be able to access the community during the upgrade but you won’t be able to post until we’ve migrated every user to our new platform.

Click on Download Mozy Sync Software from the left hand menu
Download the appropriate software to your computer
Run the downloaded installer
Note: You'll also see a link to download the latest Mobile app at the bottom of the Download Mozy Sync Software section. These apps can also be found via the Android Marketplace or iOS App Store depending on your device.
If you're a MozyPro Admin looking to update your software, please follow the steps below. If you're a MozyPro User, please reach out to your admin to get the correct installers.
Click on Download MozyPro Client from the left hand menu
Download the appropriate software from it's section there
Run the downloaded installer on your machine
