This blog post is designed to help you feel more at home in the new Support Portal.
The site is designed for you to get answers to your questions quicker and easier. At the top of every page are five main support tabs.

Support Home
The Support Home page is the main page of support. It contains quick links to other support pages, the newest five knowledge base articles, and the five newest posts in the community.
Mozy Community
The Mozy Community is a great place for posting questions, ideas, and concerns. Each product that Mozy offers has its own section where questions specific to that product can be answered. Please get to know the Mozy Community as it is a great place for answers. For more information on Getting started in the Community click here.
Knowledge Base
Another great place for answers is the knowledge base. We have a wealth of knowledge and it is growing every day. As questions are answered both by support specialists and in the Mozy Community they become articles in the knowledge base.
Documentation
Documentation has articles which contain information about using the Mozy software and how to use your account online. There are also guides combining most of this information into one or two PDF files.
Tutorials
Tutorials has video guides to help configure and use the Mozy product.
My Cases
This tab is not shown to everybody. If you can see this tab, you can click on it and see all of your open Support Tickets.
You can log in to support at any time by clicking Log In at the top right.
Logging in has the following benefits:
- You can post in the community.
- Searching the knowledge base will return results specific to your Mozy account.
- Additional support options that are available to you will appear on the left.
- You can view and make changes to cases you have open with Mozy technical support.
To find out what methods of support are available to you, look up your account type in the chart below:
